When you think of massage, our back and our shoulders are normally the first areas that come to mind. Those areas are important. But too often the front of the body is neglected.
Typically, the side lying position is used almost exclusively in pre-natal massage, as pregnant mothers can be uncomfortable or unable to be face down or directly face up. But side lying massage is a good option for everyone, pregnant or not.
